THE SECRET LIFE OF BECOMING A MILITARY SPOUSE || WHAT I WISH I KNEW & ASSUMPTIONS 4

We lived in a small area on the base and all in like a circle. All the houses were connected but like in a circle and there was. This one guy who would Rev his engine of his car with his buddies every every night every evening he would just represent and so. I don't know like people. That are into cars and stuff so. You know people have different lifestyles.

You got to kind of get over. It and learn to embrace. It and just be like oh those neighbors again so that's another thing that I never thought. That I'd have to deal with or that was a thing but now. I dunno so your ID card your ID card is your bestie your best friend never lose. It never get rid of it on the military base. You need your ID card for everything you need to take. It into the base. You need it to grocery shop. You need to get. Anything at the PX which is like the little mini mall. You and made. It for the hospital. You need it for everything so speaking of the ID card and for the hospital that's another thing when. You were a civilian for a while before. You were military. You would realize. That you needed and you know insurance card and all.

That stuff for the hospital. You went and took your kid to the doctor. It does it out but then. You didn't know. You get out you'll need insurance card and all. That stuff you get out but as a military personnel. You don't need ID card or you don't need insurance card. You don't need paperwork like. I went to the hospital like to have my kids there was no bringing paperwork there was no bringing it like card for insurance like no. I had my ID card and that was. It so it's kind of weird like it's everything the ID card and then. You get out you'll be like shell-shocked like. What I need paperwork and all this like. What the heck. I didn't ever need.

This before so. I ever go to like a civilian place. I I don't like. I was pregnant with my son. I kind of went into preterm labor. I was in Florida or something was going on with. Me had a stomach bug and I was like contracting and I had to go to a hospital and I like they're like can. We see her insurance card and I was like. I have been a military ID card so yeah it's kind of weird but your military ID is everything this kind of goes with don't make plans the military comes first so no matter. What no matter. What at all um the military comes first so.

You think you have a great hot date with your husband. That night no sorry he's got to go in because. One of his guys were messing around and got a DUI or someone is stuck in a bar or someone is gosh fighting with. Someone or whatever they got to do CQ which is like a night duty thing so no the military comes first always sadly like. I said my husband hasn't been there for my daughter's birthday military comes first that's their job it's not a nine-to-five.

It is a round-the-clock on call. They need you say. Someone say. They couldn't find like. Some kind of supply or something like. When they're doing inventory guys got to stay there until. They find it. If they don't find it you're there. All night so military comes first unfortunately in this life. This is something that someone else said and I know people like killed. Me over it video before. This but the healthcare is not best and there is different experiences with.
